Susan Ouellette is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner providing medication management and psychotherapy for over 38 years.
Sue treats adult individuals with chronic mental and emotional conditions. She focuses on helping her patients navigate and thrive through life's issues and transitions such as relationships, school & career, grief & loss, and anxiety & depression.
Sue also helps her patients with specific challenges including poor sleep, pain, and weight loss and management via clinical hypnotherapy.
As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, she specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and medication management of mental illness and psychological disorders. Sue has advanced education and training and is nationally certified to practice in the field of psychiatry. She received her education from the University of Maryland School of Nursing.
RMV Evaluations with Susan Ouellette
Sue completes RMV-required evaluations for adults by secure video or in person at our Medway office. That includes the RMV Substance Abuse Evaluation with Risk of Recidivism required after an OUI, DUI, Immediate Threat or ignition interlock case, and the RMV Psychiatric Evaluation (Form MAB118) requested by RMV Medical Affairs.
Massachusetts requires Form MAB118 to be completed by a licensed physician or a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Sue is a nationally certified psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC), so she holds a credential type Massachusetts accepts for that form. Her 38 years of providing medication management and psychotherapy inform the history-taking, treatment review and clinical opinion at the center of every RMV evaluation.
Our RMV evaluations are approved by the Massachusetts RMV and can be completed in as little as 48 hours when a hearing or deadline is close. Results are reported directly to the RMV, and we coordinate dates and documents with your attorney. RMV evaluations are self-pay.
