Greater Boston Psychiatric Services makes referring simple. Send us a few contact details and we reach out to your patient or client directly to schedule. Adults are seen by secure video anywhere in Massachusetts, or in person at our office in Medway.

For Therapists and Medical Providers

We provide adult psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management, working alongside your treatment.

• Board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners and clinical nurse specialists (meet our clinicians)

• Adults 18 and older

• New patients are typically seen within days

• Secure video anywhere in Massachusetts, or in person at 165 Main Street, Suite 111A, Medway

• In-network with 12 commercial plans (insurance we accept); we cannot bill Medicare, Medicaid or supplemental plans

• Depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, sleep problems and more (conditions we treat)

 

How to Refer

1. Send the referral using the form on this page, by phone or fax at 508-321-3210, or by email at info@greaterbostonpsych.com.

2. We contact your patient or client directly to schedule their first appointment.

3. They are seen quickly: new psychiatric patients typically within days, and RMV evaluations in as little as 48 hours when a hearing or deadline is close.

Patients can also reach us on their own through our new patient form.

 

Send a Referral

Please share contact details and date of birth only. We use them to start a chart in our electronic medical record, which is how your patient or client gets into our system. Do not include diagnoses, medications or other clinical details; we collect what we need securely at intake.
