Our office is in downtown Medway on Main Street, easily reachable from Franklin, Milford, Bellingham, Holliston, Millis, and the surrounding communities.
What to Expect at an In-Person Visit
An in-person appointment follows the same clinical process as a video visit: a comprehensive conversation with a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner or clinical nurse specialist about your history, symptoms, and goals, followed by a plan that may include a prescription, a referral, or both. Please arrive a few minutes early to complete any paperwork, and bring a photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), and a list of current medications.

Yes, 165 Main Street in Medway is our one physical office. Patients across Massachusetts can also be seen by secure video if an in-person visit isn't convenient.
