Aetna members anywhere in Massachusetts can be seen by secure video. If you prefer to meet face to face, our office is at 165 Main Street (Route 109), Suite 111A, Medway, MA 02053, open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Your plan is billed the same way either way.

Do I need a referral?

Can I use my Aetna Medicare or Medicaid plan?
No. We are not able to bill Medicare, Medicaid or supplemental plans, including Medicare Advantage or MassHealth plans offered through Aetna. Self-pay is available, and self-pay rates are provided when you book.
Will Aetna pay for an RMV evaluation?
