Greater Boston Psychiatric Services provides ongoing telehealth medication management for adults throughout Greater Boston — the dense, fast-moving core of the state, from the city itself out through Cambridge, Somerville, Newton, and the Route 128 suburbs. Follow-up visits happen by video, and lab work (when needed) is coordinated through labs near you rather than through our Medway office.

What Ongoing Medication Management Looks Like
Medication management follow-ups are typically 30-minute video appointments used to check how your current regimen is working, monitor for side effects, and adjust dosages or medications as needed. Specialized care is available for anxiety and depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia, among other conditions.
For medications that require blood-level or other lab monitoring, we're connected electronically to local labs, so you can complete labs near home and have results routed directly to our office. With your consent, we can also stay in contact with your therapist, primary care provider, or other specialists to keep your care coordinated.
Insurance & Self-Pay
We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, Optum, Tufts Health Plan, Wellpoint, United Healthcare, HPI, Mass General Brigham, Carelon, UMR, and UniCare. Self-pay options are available. We are unable to bill Medicare, Medicaid, or supplemental plans.
