Jessica Crawford-Grey

Jessica has been working as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in adult mental health since 2014. She has experience in caring for patients with mood disorders, anxiety, substance abuse issues, PTSD and psychotic disorders.

Her philosophy is to create a partnership with clients and base their care around a mutual respect and trust. This allows for a collective effort of helping the client obtain what they need to fulfill their goals.

Jessica received her Bachelor of Nursing from Duke University and her Master of Nursing from Wilkes University.

RMV Evaluations with Jessica Crawford-Grey

Jessica completes RMV-required evaluations for adults by secure video or in person at our Medway office. That includes the RMV Substance Abuse Evaluation with Risk of Recidivism required after an OUI, DUI, Immediate Threat or ignition interlock case, and the RMV Psychiatric Evaluation (Form MAB118) requested by RMV Medical Affairs. Massachusetts requires Form MAB118 to be completed by a licensed physician or a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and our team includes psychiatric nurse practitioners who complete it.

Substance use is one of the areas Jessica has worked in since she began specializing in adult mental health in 2014, alongside mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD and psychotic disorders. That experience informs the substance use history, treatment review and clinical opinion at the center of every substance abuse evaluation and risk of recidivism assessment. Our RMV evaluations are approved by the Massachusetts RMV and can be completed in as little as 48 hours when a hearing or deadline is close. Results are reported directly to the RMV, and we coordinate dates and documents with your attorney. RMV evaluations are self-pay.
